I’ve been on that split for a long time. I usually don’t go 3 in a row though. Lately with some issues in my legs… been doing lower about every other rotation or something like that.
I almost didn’t get out of bed not cuase I didn’t want to train but put ac down and I finally felt like I slept decent again so I wanted to just continue. But I took 400 mg of caffeine and made it in I barely feel the caffeine
