Well no gym tonight fellas car took a shit on me and had to have it towed FML. It’s ok I can use a day or 2 off. Here’s 1-1-20’s workout
Chest/Tris
Warmup 2 x close handed pushups (25reps)
4 x machine decline press
3 x peck deck fly’s
3 x incline cable press super set w incline cable fly
3 x cable crab pose
4 x skull crushers w/ kettle balls
3 x rope push down super set with single arm raises
3 x kickbacks super set with weighted dips
So that was yesterdays workout. SRX Sdrol is def in full swing, filling out and rounding out real nicely. Aggression is outta this world, once I start I get so in the zone it’s crazy, I literally push my self till I’m bout to puke or can’t even get one more rep outta me. So today ended up being an off day and so will tomorrow (long shift at work) but hey it’s ok, it’s not a race.
