Feeling good guys took a 1/4 Mtren2 for a little boost. Was kinda dragging ass after the weekend but no way was I gonna take off. Today will be an off day though 16hr workday SMH. Also would like to mention woke up in the middle of the night and was vomiting for a good hour. Can’t really pinpoint what caused this, first I thought prami but I’ve been on it for awhile with no issues. Only thing I can think of is I ran outta Redcon MRE so I ended up getting a shake at the gym for the first time ever and maybe something was bad. As I’m laying in bed writing this now I feel fine so IDK. Anyways guys have a great day and kill it!!!

So if you guys remembered I was throwing up the night before, so mentally I felt like I had majorly refeed. Well that’s exactly what I did, if I had to guess I would say I took in about 8k calories , 6k of em were clean. So I feel better about myself.

Today - CRUSHED shoulders , I had so much energy and pump from the carb over load it got pretty intense.

Warmup - 2 x handstand push-ups
3 x Smithmachine military press
3 x dumbell over head press
3 x crossed cable lateral raises
3 x machine lateral raises pause for 3 count up top
3 x reverse incline delt flies
3 x cable face pulls
2 x barbell shrugs
2 x seatbelts
2 x dumbell shrug

So far got 5 meals and 2 shakes down gonna go for 2 more meals. I’m really starting to feel the return of taking more days off. I just gotta keep telling my self grow when you rest. I think all my @SRx compunds are in full swing, feel great, joints feel wonderfull, and I’m just ready to fuck shit up lol. Aight guys lemme go hit my pen get some grub in me then take it down. 8k that’s great especially with 6 bein clean, I wish I could do 6k daily, but it’s not within me, and I’m done force feeding, but maybe if I did, I might be huge, instead of big.
 
Oh yeah working in a kitchen would be extremely helpful,and my pen comes to work everyday also, I eat good throughout the work day, but to be honest, approximately half my food intake comes between getting home from work and bed.

So I tried something a little different today I alternated back and bis for the whole work out
3 x reverse grip lat pull
3 x cable rope curls
3 x neutral grip lat pull
3 x seated alternate hammer curls
3 x Bent over barbell pull
3 x reverse grip cable curls ( very slow 30sec per rep)
4 x weighted machine abs

So I feel like this might be a better routine for me alternating body parts. Many times I would smash the first body part then when it came to train the next I feel like I wasn’t giving it 💯. Also lowered my slin down to 10iu , 15 was leaving me feeling a bit sluggish even with proper timing and carb consumption. I lacked a little in the meal department today , 4 meals 2 shakes, I’m thinking it was due to the overload yesterday. Other then that my physique changes on the daily. Looking very tight but with a hella pump and fullness all day. I’m really liking the stack with Tren and Deca together getting the best of both worlds and not looking fluffy or watery at all. Previous solo Deca attempts left me watery as hell. Thank you to @SRx for your primo line of AAS. I’m telling you guys top notch. Well tomorrow is another day off for me guys. 16hr work day , my days off will be Tues and Friday and maybe another one thrown in the week if I’m feeling sluggish and need rest. But I’m greatly starting to see the importance of off days. Well guys thanks for following and I’ll update either tommorow or Saturday ✌️

i do back and bis same day and i always feel that my bis recover super fast so i super set every back exercise with pullups or some kind of curl. i love the feeling when my back is tight and my arms feel like the skin is gonna rip cause theres no more room for the skin to stretch
