Crushed legs today guys. Really starting to notice strength gains. I was gonna keep it simple today but after 15 sets of Squats I just needed to keep going. Ended up spending almost 2 hrs in the gym, normally I’m in and out in an hour or so. Few notes - I might be setting an alarm in the middle of the night to take a quick shake down. Gonna try it tonight but let’s see if I actually wake up lol. Everything is going great, libido, appetite, sense of well being is through the roof, couldn’t be happier. Taking tomorrow off got a 16hr. work day, but hey I’m starting to feel better about taking days off.
 
It’s hard taking days off psychologically, but I know in the long run, we will both recover better, and you definitely need it more than I do with that Log & Cycle you’re running.
 
I’m actually feeling better taking more days off, I mean since April I’ve been on maintenance/cut going hard 6 days a week, my body needs a break lol
 
Hell yeah! Been doing the same thing and appreciating your help with small stack/cycle and letting me know that it’s not going to kill me to take more than 1 day off a week.

Ok guys lil update, past 2 days worked 18 HR shifts away from home in Philly. My brother opened a new restaurant so I figured I give a hand. So unfortunately I have not been able to train Friday or Saturday. I stayed up on all my hormones.

Man guys I felt great today, even though it’s been a long work weekend, the second I stepped in the gym I knew I was getting ready to fuck shit up. Felt so refreshed. Weekly weight update
228 lbs up 5 from last week. Looking really nice and full, chubs coming on a little but I ain’t worries bout it

Really no serious sides, lil acne on the back, sleeps starting to get interupted I believe from Tren, its not staright up insomnia, but when ever on Tren I pretty much wake up on the hour every hour. Buts that’s nothing I’ve been using Tren for so many years I’m just used to it. Other then that everything is on the up and feeling great. Have a great week UGM✌️
 
Hahaha I hope! My goal is hitting like 240-245, then once I drop the water and start a cut I wanna be sitting right around 225-230 at 8%-10% bf. I believe it’s very doable as long as stay keeping my diet in check now and during cut
