3 x reverse grip ezbar cable push downs
2 x weighted dips till failure
Well guys got into the gym early today. Felt good but I do notice I have more intensity in my workout during pm sessions. Everything is feeling great guys no changes. Closely keeping an eye on my chest for any gyno flare ups, as of right now nothing but it’s only a few days off of Nolva. Kept my workout today with simple basic movements, sometimes it’s good to go back to exercises you began with to shock your muscles. I rarely ever do flat bench anymore, but it felt good today. Anyways gotta get the kids to school and head to work
