Beens getting nose bleeds for the past couple weeks or so. I’m 6 weeks into my first cycle. My blood pressure isnt high 128/72 is about average… I eat a very clean diet… seems like anytime I really strain I bleed… I was on dbol the first 4weeks last week hell is would just start to bleed but my blood pressure was up a little… is this common… by the way I’m on 500 tes c 400 eq split up twice a week… armidex .5 every 3.5… thanks for any info…

I have had nose bleeds that I associated to dbol in the past. It could be related to a spike in BP that can happen on dbol.

Also, I get nose bleeds when the weather changes from summer to fall/winter.

if it’s been 8 weeks since you gave blood, you can donate again and it may solve the issue. could be high hemoglobin

I suffer from hypertension as I got older and I got my first nosebleed from gear because of high bp spikes.
Im not saying that its definitely high blood pressure but its alot of times the reason.
Also if you’re taking a high dose of dbol like say 50mg at once this will definitely give you high blood pressure and is dangerous for your health.
Monitoring blood pressure during cycle is important especially as you get older.

Be careful and stay healthy brothers

Thanks guys will make sure I keep close eye on it… as the dbol I ran it the first wks at 35mg a day I’m on my 6th weeks so I’m off it now… I can’t give blood for 2 more weeks that will make 8 weeks since last donation but soon as the time is up will be sure to give… I have noticed that does bleeds have actually calmed down since I ended the dbol… the last week of the dbol I was getting them daily now I haven’t had one in a few days … but will run out today and get me a blood pressure cuff and start taking it though out then day… I would say I am more prone to getti g nose bleeds because whe n I was younger I use to get them but hell it’s been 15 or 20 years since j had did it…

In my area you can only donate double rbc every 120. I def do it around that many days, it’s clear to see on me with the color of my upper chest and face…get tired of hearing the “where have you been, u our sun burnt or tan” lol not to mention it’s also very good for your heart to thin your blood. But maybe your saying just normal donate.im not sure how well that helps with rbc levels. Obviously drops them some.

🤔 I get nose bleeds at season changes like @SemperFi mentioned. That’s normally due to the drying of nasal passages, which as a kid had the caterized, to help with this. Still happens, wonder if one of the compounds I’s drying you out in the nasal area. What your HR? How does that look? You ever had nose bleeds before this? Short of injury, I’m just asking to see if it isn’t gear related at all. Could be just happenstance.

That sucks bro id would think its the d-bol and blood pressure spike on it. Ive never had this problem but i also dont run orals ever anymore. Hope now that you are off itll get better.

it was just single they mentioned about donated plasma is this better for lowering thinning out the blood… I have noticed my forehead has actually been looking a little burnt… by the way haven’t had a nose bleed so I’m sure the dbol was causing it… thanks to everyone that took time to reply…

Donating plasma is a waste of time for this purpose. Plasma is the fluid part of the blood and is replaced by the body within 48 hours. The body is quick to correct any water imbalances.
