Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone

That sucks man I can’t even remember last time I had 185 on bar for anything. I just add plates till 4 today n each side these days then work from there

Well shit that sucks to hear. Odd how injuries happen like that. I swear there’s moments where you get through and are like “How did that not fuck my shit up bad” and walk away with nothing. Then a little warmup and something happens that’s puts you out for a bit.

Hope it all recovers good and soon man

My biggest worries about arm injuries are is it dominant arm and if so can it still do jerk motion. Training takes aback seat at these moments. Then again I’ve been single for a month so these things are important to me

Thanks guys. Hopefully just a minor strain or something. A little swollen, definitely more sore, but I’m sure we will be fine.

Just means it get to hit these legs something fierce for a little.

I’m only kind of single at the moment I don’t feel single but nothing has been made official. Like if I slept with somebody this weekend It wouldn’t be cheating but I would feel Like it was.

I got on work floor and my back is tightening up I’m supposed to do em heavy triples today. May just start deload ealry then hit triples next week work around these issues

There’s science/speculation out there says training your un-injured side will help with the overall strength. One armed dumb bell press curls etc. I guess you pretty much could do unilateral movements on almost everything.

Trickery! More like wizardry.

Feeling pretty sore this morning. Mostly annoyed this happened under such light weight but then again… I guess it’s better than being under 300+.

Not gonna let it get me down.

Yep… light weight = strain/sprain….heavy weight = tore/ripped/broke

Any swelling or discoloration?

@Poppy just saw this and don’t know if you were asking me about joints or not.
From a joint perspective I think just less volume will be the start. I missed a week of lifting and my tendinitis pain went away until I lifted again. Switching from 4 day to a rotating 3 day split with same workout has it less painful overall but any healing seems to have stopped
Sick this week and haven’t lifted since Friday.
And I still have elbow pain but it could be feeling swollen due to the flu or whatever the hell i have

My answer for joints. Less volume. And I’m hoping to hell the igf1 LR3 takes over and heals it when I run that in January… maybe sooner as a stand alone … haven’t decided

Or maybe your post. I’m not responsible for my posts more than a day ago hahaha

Elbow is still inflamed, lots of overall stiffness in the joint, I’m thinking maybe it’s actually forearm related based of when it hurts. Who knows. Will continue to rest it through the weekend. Hopefully Monday it will have chilled out.

I have multiple elbow sleeves and cuffs…. But they are all the way back home Bc I’m a chucklehead ( @Poppy ) ordered some new ones. Will lift with this for a while once it feels better.
