Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone

thinking maybe it’s actually forearm related based
Ouch. I wear a pair of elite extra heavy knee sleeves on my elbows and they’re extremely tight on my forearms and have helped a lot. My elbow/forearm pain/tendinitis is mostly gone.

It used to take one other person to get them off my knees and several minutes to put them on.

Hopefully not a true injury. Just a little excessive aggravation.

I’m just glad it’s not worse, and I was able to manage the weight once it popped. Could have had a broken sternum on top of it all.

Haven’t done Trauma or ICU in a while, if it’s FFp isn’t that 10 units about the amount In an average natty individual? Was it a alcoholic w/ varices, I remember they can bleed a bit but so can a ton of dx. I get all mad if I have to do 1 or 2 units and the checks. Did you have any idea that massive loss was gonna happen? Or likely?

Hahah was actually ruptured varices AND a massive subarachnoid. Alcoholic plus liver failure. Just wouldn’t stop bleeding. Thankful I got to chart “emergency transfusion” :raised_hands:t3::raised_hands:t3::raised_hands:t3:

That’s all I used to get in my “bays” when I actually loved ER was psych and chemical dependency. The advanced alcohol players would vomit just like a bunch of Starbucks and blood and sign out AMA, After we told them options. It was after the turn of the century but we had paper charts still.

Yuck. That vomit is so distinct in look and smell.

AMA Papers are still hard papers, and if they refuse to sign just write “refused to sign” and good night.

The ETOH withdrawal/bleed of various origins gets old after awhile. I could never do ER.

Supposed to be upper body day… I’ll use some isolation machines and see how the elbow is feeling, last night was the first night it didn’t wake me up. Some progress is better than none. Thankfully this new hospital has lifts in all the rooms so I didn’t have to tug on patients all weekend.

I guess technically an nsaid, voltaren(Diclofenac ) rub on is actually ok. If I wait 30minutes or put it on and warm up, by that time 30% realistically pain and stiffness id diminished. Not like Lidocaine where it feels good for first 20minutes and wears off. If you never really use OTC /RX pain or muscle relaxers this stuff is pretty good. Something like Toradol (risk to benefit) is ok but I see it is great for Back strains and disk pain VS joints like elbow , knee, sciatica or IT band inflammation. Just a suggestion, I never recommend any otc/or RX pain/antiinflammatory because usually for us the risks outweigh benefits due to our other litlle kidney/liver/heart “medication”

Is this one of the topicals you speak of. Got it when cleaning out mother in law’s crap after she died.

I’ve been using some CBD rub on it. Just some ice and heat. Toradol is amazing, well, works amazing but the kidney strain wouldn’t be worth it long term.

Just gonna take it easy for a little longer.
