I rotate side delt, rear delt, only .5cc in rear delt, up to 1cc in side delt. Then ventroglute, dorsal glute and lats. I like this rotation although lats are getting harder for me to reach.
I think the first two - three times I pinned lats I botched it. Missed altogether. Weird angle. Whatever. My wife looks at me like I’m crazy when she sees me do it.
Hahaha. You can’t make up stuff like that!!! I use half inch needle when I pin my lats. What size are you using. Your right @NeuroRN is your adopted son you guys do the same shit hahaha
Elbow still hurts. It’s stopped waking me up at night. Back to work tonight so not training upper body through the weekend. Will asses Monday how it feels!
