I could have worded that differently. Basically take the 4 day split. Do the first 3 days on m, w, f. Then the 4th day of the split is the following Monday.

You end up doing upper body 2 times one week and legs 2 times the next week.

This week legs m and f upper on Wednesday
Arm joints rest Thursday through to Monday

It helps with the joints.

Upper body tonight. Elbow feels good. Adding some weight to chest. No pain.

Still struggling from my first vaccine shot. Nausea all the time. Down to 234 today.

That sucks I hate how this shot is being pushed so hard. Hell even the masks. I was working at an assisted living place and everyone had to have the shot and wear masks. The regular hospital style masks. Then a resident came down with Covid and they made everyone start wearing n95 masks. We asked why. They said cause the ones we normally where don’t work??? WTF.

It’s all fucked up man. Top to bottom. I also got in trouble for giving an elderly family member an n95 mask instead of the normal surgical one.

Maybe it’s best we get canned.
