thanks man, is what it is… can’t do much about it. What do y’all for vacations and cycles. grin and bear it? I’m going to Phoenix on Dec 27th and not coming back till the 1st of the year. I can pin the day i leave and the day I get back. Think it will have any real affect?
 
Nah man just pin a bigger dose for what you’d be missing. Not worth risking traveling with it. That’s only a few days.

not much on the bench, but that is how the 5*5 is grow slow…
 
Im not trying to make you mad but I definitely agree that if you’re 25yr old you shouldn’t be living anywhere for free unless its a couple of months to save money to get back on your feet or something.
I hate to hear about divorce it sucks the laws are outdated and the man tends to take the brunt of the court.
I wish you the best brother keep your head up
 
Appreciate the sentiment. Step kid is why it’s such an issue. Hardest thing in the world, being a step parent. Thanks less job. But the fact that I can’t have an opinion ijust means this has been done for awhile. Thanks Bigmurph. Certainly not mad at you bro.

LOL… The compassion of a log… Everyone of us are one mistake from being on the street or dead. My heart goes out to @Stirms and the other side of the equation… 50/50!

Wide Grip Pull-ups: 10 reps (pulldowns as a sub)
V-Bar Pulldowns: 10 reps

LOW REPS – 3 SET TRI-SET
Seated Rows: 5-8 reps
1 Arm Rows: 5-8 reps
Dumbbell Pullovers: 5-8 reps

3 SET TRI-SET
Dumbbell Shrugs: 12-20 reps
Arrows: 12-20 reps
T’s: 12-20 reps

Lower Back Extensions: 4 sets of 15 reps
Ab Wheels: 4 sets of 25 reps

Thanks guys. Doing my best with the situation. Funny how the other chicks come out of the wood works when you’re on the ropes though. Not that I have any interest as of yet. Just find it fascinating and disgusting and funny.

Last night had I didn’t make but 100 walking lunges at the end, but still did some so feel ok about it.
Tonight’s workout is…

BACK SQUAT
One Rep MAX today
Box OR Free Squat, your choice

SPEED DEADLIFTS OR POWER CLEANS
6-8 sets of 2 reps (fast pace)

DB Weighted Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 5 reps

CORE: 3 SET SUPERSET
GHD: 12-20 reps
Side Raises: 10 reps
Weighted Crunches: 20 reps

POWER CLEANS (FOR SPEED)
6 sets of 2 reps
Working up to something fast + heavy

WALKING LUNGES
3 sets of 5 reps w/ maximal weights for work

CORE: 3 SET SUPERSET
GHD: 12-20 reps
Side Raises: 10 reps
Weighted Crunches: 20 reps

Think I should add my warm ups to the log or is that even necessary?
