I’ve noticed my forearms are always so tight when taking tbol. Anyone experience this? I guess it’s like back pumps but on the forearms? I never get back pumps but I get this from tbol.

Possibly hydration its the first thing on the list when using non aromatase compounds.

What other compounds are you running?

Coconut water completely got rid of all the cramp issues and painful pumps. Tudca and Taurine I used for awhile but the vita coco worked great if its hydration.

Sounds like just strong pumps. I’ve never used tbol, but with Anavar I get such a crazy pump literally every muscle feels skin tight and I love it personally. But low back/ab pumps are only downside, hate those

Hmm…I’m not sure. I wouldn’t say I have strong forearms but I haven’t really thought of them as weak. I don’t work them out as much as I used to for sure.

My forearms get fired when I have to type a lot, I think it’s just a weird motion. And TBOL is giving you a pump. Haha what other compounds are you taking? Make sure you are hammering that water.

You only use water to hydrate? If this is true I definitely believe that it’s hydration brother.
So water only will keep you alive but in our lifestyle we push our bodies limits.
I would try mio sport, vita coco, @Rusty knows another good one I can’t remember something IV.

These additives and vita coco carry more vitamins and minerals also important electrolytes. With water you can actually over hydrate and wash away these vitamins and minerals. They actually call it water poisoning I have seen it happen multiple times on job sites.
Guys are hot as hell dehydrated and start chugging water and then they start to lock up and cramp. I would have to call 911 so they wouldn’t die.

Try to see if some additives help or possibly coco vitamin

You probably type correctly which is a repetitive motion and does damage … i too fly a desk and computer all day but i hunt and peck.

Maybe hydrate and do some stretching exercises for your wrists will help.

Your a perfect example have you ever locked up or seen someone lock up onsite? From to much water?
