Remember how your back looked couple weeks ago!!! if your 180 I the am or 182? I almost said easy, but go 176 for a minute even down to a towel held out , again whatever you and your guy do. I think your legs can stand the little extra cardio if you get some carbs or half upper body ergo…You look big for a middle and diced …you should know or will know in a day or so if your body sucks up the glyco, a smart guy told me once that its like taking a heaping scoop, and adjusting the water is like scraping the top off to get a level scoop…cut water, use Diuretics, or some do both…I liked drinking a little and using other things to make it even…whatever. you look excellent right now…you still have color, etc for a dry look.
