Targeted fat reduction: Helios, Kybella, etc.?

Is there any new research or compounds in this area? I have read about Kybella (deoxycholic acid) as an FDA cleared injection for treating turkey neck as a spot reduction. Personally, I have used Helios in two different cycles with very good results on ab fat. The sides are rough with Helios: I get the shakes, can’t drink coffee, and some leg cramping. The nighttime leg cramps are the worst!
My problem is the back fat. I have no fat in my flat ass, just tummy and back fat. Pretty lean everywhere else. I do cardio daily and the diet is clean. I lift four times a week and do cardio between sets.

Good morning brother.

I too carry my extra cake around my lower back. I can always tell when I’m chubbing up because that’ll be the first place I get it.

I, personally, am unaware of any spot reduction compounds. Not saying there isn’t but it’s something I just haven’t looked into.

I got old man neck also. The longer I live the more things I see on my body that I used to notice on other old bastards when I was a young man.

Hey Poppy! Good to hear from you. I haven’t posted/visited for a while but I am dong great. Just busy with work, kids, blah blah blah. Getting my me time at the gym, though!

That lower back is a PITA to deal with. I am just waiting for the turkey neck to kick in next… 🤣

To be honest. I think you look great. No dad bod there.

Sure…. Most of us can “look” a little better… BUT most of us have to live life and put in the grind.

All we can do is be the best that we can be at that time.

I just read up on kybela.

Apparently it IS an option for targeted fat loss. Looks like it will remove those last bits of bf.

My understanding on the Kybella is that it only FDA cleared for turkey neck treatment and double chin. They need to clear it for lower back fat!

Tried and true for sure. You don’t have to inject foreign substances into your body either. I’m still wary about this ozempic. Aint no telling what the long term ramifications are.

Yahtzee. Helios is a helluva strong combo. And to be honest I don’t think any lay person (non competing) should be messing with it.

What is your actual daily macro intake? “Diet is clean” are famous last words of someone not tracking macros, and using fat burners. Hopefully you’re not in this category.

If I remember correctly you a little older right I would havrually focus more on building muscle than losing fat based on picture. More muscle will in turn burn more fat
