The long awaited Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone cycle

When i turned 30, i knew i could double that…40 same thing…50, i figured i had a shot… long odds but not impossible… 55 til now…well thats it. On the backside. I would love 30 more good years. Mom and dad are knocking on 80 and still real good. Time will tell.
 
No set time on the cruise. Probably around 6 months. I used more gear last year than I normally would, trying to peak for the honeymoon 😂😂 I ran a 20 week cycle and a 13 week cycle so I’m planning on just giving my body a rest for a bit.

Carbs are at 250-300 give or take a few. Try to allow myself some appropriate wiggle room on the cruise. Ya know a little of that have some fun and enjoy food some more. Been so strict on macros during the cut it’s been hard to go on dates in the city were in for our contract. My body prefers moderate carbs in terms of energy and how it feels. I’m not quite on the level of John with my metabolism but… I’m close. Haha so 100 carbs or less was miserable.
 
Already admitted I’m dragging a bit after a late night. Letting myself have TWO cups of coffee in one sitting. Watch out y’all. We’re getting wild.

Upper body pull aka build a back like CBUM

Assisted full ROM wide pull-ups: 4x10
Wide grip pull-down: 6x10-12
Narrow grip pull-down: 6x10-12
Row machine single arm: 6x10
Cable face Pull: 5x8
Decline bench: 5x10
Incline bench: 5x 10

Planning on dying a slow sweaty painful death on this one.
 
Yesterday was legs with posterior emphasis.

Single leg landline deadlifts 4x12
Snatch grip straight leg deadlifts 6x10
Leg extension 6x12
Kneeling leg curls 6x10
Seated calf raises 5x10
Shrugs 5x10
Bicep curls 5x10

Didn’t get to shoulders Wednesday
Hammer strength shoulder press machine 4x15
DB lateral raise 5x10

Really going to start working on mobility in the months to come. I have become lazy about this and I feel everything is getting way too tight. Which is how I always end up messing up my back again and again. You’d think I’d learn.
