The long awaited Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone cycle

45 minutes is about what it takes for first lift but on dead’s and squats day 30 on bench. Just have to recover for heavy swts to really get all need out of them

Yesterday was leg day. Focus on posterior chain.

Seated leg curls 5x 10-12
Snatch grip straight leg dead lifts 5x 10
Single leg press 5x10
Kneeling leg curls 5x12
Shrugs 5x12
Bicep curls 4x12.
Seated calf raise 5x15.

Holy Moses that crushed the posterior chain. Traps, lower back, hammies all dead today.

Work all weekend. Hopefully it’s chill. I’m too sore for it to be hectic 😂😂

You’re the second guy I know that trains his traps with posterior chain. My buddy used to say everything on the back side.

It’s a time efficient thing haha I should probably train them with back but as you can see my upper body days are packed

Apple Watch does it. Samsung watches do it. Garmin. Fitbit. I don’t know how accurate they are. But it’s a good idea.

Constant struggle for me, @NeuroRN, between hearing David Goggins in my head tell me not to listen to my body, on the one hand, and not overtraining, on the other. I end up listening a little too much to Goggins and then having injuries.

Hahaha while I love goggins… so so much… dude is an idiot when it comes to his health. I can’t afford to give myself rhabdo or walk on broken legs… love that dude. Got me a goggins t shirt… I just know I need my body in top shape to do my job 😂😂

That’s precisely the essence of Goggins: disregarding what your brain tells you is rational or smart or healthy and instead just doing it. It’s going to be my undoing, I suspect, but I don’t care. This is what I do. This is my new norm. I refuse to negotiate with myself.

Be cautious brother. That dude is an outlier… he’s not the norm… he aint 55 years old either.

I’m not trying to squash your motivation…at our age an injury can be catastrophic.

My opinion is no sense getting injured during training… saving my injury for an actual fight.

I hear you, brother, and appreciate it, but I really just can’t think that way. I’m doing my very best to ignore my age and injuries and just do it (at the risk of sounding like a Nike ad!)

I think nike got it right. BUT I also believe there’s a point where “we” have be judicious in our training.

That’s just my opinion brother.

Everybody’s gotta do what they gotta do. I support you in your endeavors no matter what.

I like his mentality. Don’t get me wrong. I apply the don’t be a bitch mentality to a lot of things… the do something that sucks daily… I think there’s things to be learned from him… I think ignoring your health to the point of injury, serious injury is just about the dumbest thing you can do. To get through buds is one thing. Longevity is the name of the game. Harm reduction. It’s a fine line. I can see both sides. He also leads life that if he sends himself into renal failure while running… he and his family still eat. I’m all pro be fucking savage. Run in 110° heat Bc other people are not. I sit in a 230° sauna for 20-30 min when I’m home… why? Bc it sucks. So I’m there. I get it. I just think you have to be smarter than he is.

Couple weeks into cruise. Not quite as peeled but I’m okay with it. I’m enjoying not feeling like I’m exhausted all the time.

I hear you. But my problem candidly is I’m too smart for my own good; I can rationalize anything, magnify any excuse into a perfectly legitimate justification. So I need more Goggins than I do restraint. Just me though. I understand the long game. On the other hand, I figure I have what, 20 good years left? Not much long game left. It’s only mid- and short-game. I’ve already hit my tee shot and my fareway wood. Now it’s my 9-iron and putter.
