The long awaited Stenbolone and dihydroboldenone cycle

Hahah I really do them for my upper middle back. Sitting and chatting every two hours does me no favors, and my back will end up hurting back there so I do them and make it stronger and stronger and it hurts less and less!

March 2021 225 lbs

April 2021 233lbs

This covers 6 years. 70lbs gained at the most. Keep making forward motion! Take progress pics, so you can look back and enjoy every struggle, every macro count, every drop of sweat, every moment where you feel like you’re the only one being a savage… this made me feel like it was all very much worth it.

I really don’t know… I’ve been trying to decide what I want to do. 245 wasn’t the most comfortable weight for me. A long time ago @TBU made the analogy of gaining mass to buying a boat. You start with a canoe, then you want a John boat, then you want etc etc.

I’m gonna take some time to reflect and look forward and decide what I want to do. I’m 50/50 at wanting to get bigger or stay this size. I think I’ll definitely cut again while on cruise.

This time next year maybe… maybe… look like I did at 225, but at the 230ish range?

Very interesting. The human body and those that can manipulate it absolutely amaze me. Probably my “hobby” since I was a boy. That’s why I’m always “toying “ around with my body. To see what I can make it do.

I think that’s a great way to put it. I never thought I’d be this big… I thought I was a “hard gainer” then I learned nutrition and what my body wanted and needed. I’ve enjoyed pushing it to this size so much. I don’t think I wanna get to the 260 range. My wife would complain about my heaving breathing and “squishing” her for sure 😂😂

For right now I’ll be shooting to keep it under the 235 range.

Maybe focus some more on mobility and strength, instead of Hypertrophy.

I spent many years massing, I don’t really miss eating 5000 cals a day.

Next cycle will be stenbolone most likely.

Athleticism…mine got away from me. Probably never get it back. But yes. I believe that it’s important. One of the reasons I got away from powerlifting.

Yeah def different training why I wan to throw some oly lifts in and maybe do pylo for some cardio just can be hard in knees

Oly lifting has always interested me. Closest i got was power cleans and hang cleans.

Did those with shit form and snatch again I have issues with dropping under bar I just throw it up as high as I need instead. No
