😂😂 I mock no one! I can say that proudly. Yes I have good genetics. But I also have counted macros daily for almost 4 years straight. I get to say proudly that everything else grew but my stomach.

Also, I measured when I lost 10 lbs. I’m sure at almost 250 at the end of a bulk it was not a 34

How tall are you? You’ll see the muscle density change with posing. I swear. Plus, yes you could get on stage. You’re doing great and now your gonna get as lean as possible? It’s good to get shredded once a year or stay really lean if you don’t compete. One you can’t judge your physique if your over 8-10 percent conservatively. Some look different but usually. But, after a couple cycles of getting lean and getting lean muscle. I asked how tall because you look good but at the weight and measurements. I believe you have long muscle insertions. Over time there is a lot to be said for the " muscle maturity". I like judging physiques and my only clients where competitors that are doing what your doing. Putting on lean mass more slowly but better in long run plus losing 40 plus pounds to get ripped is ridiculous.
 
I’m 6’1. I totally believe you about posing. I spent about 10 minutes today in the garage and could feel a difference post workout it the way the felt.

Plan now is get as lean as possible by October for a online transformation thing. And see how it goes. I would agree with the long muscle insertions. My wing span is about 6’7 my arms and legs are long, so just remind myself it’s gonna look different than the 5’8 dude at 240.

Yeah, I have no desire to have 40lb swings in size.

I’ve been on the slow gain journey for awhile. I feel much more comfortable at 235 than I did at 248. Haha everything just felt constricting and I felt bloated. I imagine a really lean 248 would feel better.
 
Thanks, I knew it. In the end of even now you look better than the shorter guy like to the opposite sex or gay guys…sorry couldn’t help it. But, at 250 and still"lean". With almost a 20 inch difference (delts are pretty good) probably almost 20 difference shoulders to waist. To be big as only in bodybuilding big. Your gonna have to be 270 or so, 20 inch minimum arms…29- 30 legs, more hams. Etc, etc. Your too smart to get caught up like us other meat heads. But, I’m saying totally open bbing guys like me. I hate that look they now have. So yes Chris bumstead is still attainable…he is a small insertion illusion. My bbing time is up…keep kicking ass. Pose…at least your back, hams, calves. Rear double, real lat spread. You will get way more definition and control. Even if you never compete, which I think you should once. You put a lot into it might as well get a player of Paris or plastic trophy.

I think I’m more of open class kind of guy when I
Switch over from power lifting I know I won’t be Olympia material but if I can just get mysef lean once for a show I’ll be happy
 
It’s so funny. If you don’t cry because of how small you feel. I was always dying to get to 225.25, so if be 230 onstage and it paid off. I did a few at super and there was no good guys in the class, all should have been 198, if you don’t think you’ve lost all your muscle until you step onstage for prejudging then your fighting for second. More than once, I would freak out at like six weeks and go to 3 or more fast food joints like with sunglasses. And pig out. Then look amazing a few hours later. Then be bloated that I couldn’t close my hands.
