everything 2 x s per week. OR do you have a “catch up day”? I was high volume for so many years that the OCD of doing only 2 bicep exercises makes me think I have to do this one. Just like back, so many years of Have to deadlift, have to do reverse bent rows…I actually like doing push pull lately and trying to do twice a week. In effect, do a functional leg day and add maybe arms to that. I like that you are sticking to a certain(seems like it) number of exercises to get the most bang for the buck. Im kinda glad I dont have every machine access for awhile. Like the youtuber JJUmofo or whatever,built a home gym that is unreal…
