233 lbs today. Last week I was pretty lax on my diet, but some how still broke the 235 barrier.
I can honestly say I won’t cut again without Primo. I’m down 15 ish lbs and don’t feel like I’ve lost any strength or muscle mass. I understand the hype. I would be interested to see it’s effects during a mass for sure… don’t plan on one of those for awhile. But interested nonetheless.
