So I’m thinking it’s time to change up my training. I think packing so much into workouts everyday is hindering me. I currently do upper/lower split over 4 days.
I am going to try push/pull/ legs for 6 days a week. I have the home gym which means I don’t have to go to the gym on days I work.
I’m going to give it a whirl and see what kind of difference it makes.
Today will be push. Chest, tris, shoulders.
