I ran after a leg day a couple of days ago. Did squats in the morning and ran in the afternoon. After a slow mile, my lower back was so tight, I could barely move. I stopped and stretched, then did the “sprint a lap, walk a lap” routine until it tightened up again. I was in bed by 8 pm with 5g of Kratom in me. Ouch.

Tricep push down: 7x15,15,12,12,10,10,10,8
Seated dip machine: 6x8
Shoulder press machine: 6x15
DB lateral raise (super ROM ) 6x12-15
DB front raise: 4x10

Back feels better. Shoulders feel huge.

239.1 post poop this morning. Will start cut 6/13. Trying to pack on a little more muscle until then.
 
My back tightened on first set of bent rows may have adjusted to more of a Dorian row after first set it’s amazing how light 315 feels on rep one and the them by rep 8 threw a little cheat
 
Was hoping for solid back wo th out the pump. Hahah not as bad dbol when I put on 30 pounds in 4 weeks though
