This rotating schedule has messed up my eating bad. Starting cutting this past week by default. Sleeping all day on off days makes it hard to fit macros in.
 
Hahaha thanks. My legs are the one thing I always see as being so dang small. I think just Bc I’m mostly legs the way they fill out are different than most.
 
Hahaha I don’t have that problem! My inseam is little to nothing. Short little legs!
