I’m gonna do my best here to log the slow burn that is now until November 13th.

In a little recovery phase/health phase/whatever fancy term you want to call it until July 1.
Current Plan:
Training:
Sunday- Glutes/Hams/Back/Tris
Monday- Quads/Calves/Chest/Shoulder
Tuesday- Arms/Shoulders
Wednesday- Quads/Calves/Hams/Glutes/Shoulders
Thursday-off
Friday- Hams/Glutes/Quads/Back
Saturday- Arms/Chest

Cardio: 40min daily HR 125-135.

Diet:
High day: 600 C, 250 P, 80 F 4620 cals
Medium Day: 450 C, 250 P, 80 F 4260 cals
Low Day: 300 C, 240 P, 120 F 3720 cals

Gear:
Test E 250mg/wk (Omega)
Mast E 250mg/wk (waiting on Omega re-stock)
GH 6iu daily, 0 on Thursday.
500mg inj L-carnitine daily
100mg Glutathione EOD

Dropped a little weight since dropping cals last week. Sitting around 255 right now. I feel much better here than the 260’s for sure.

This game is about aggressive patience. The last 6 months have been brutal at times, but now we get even more aggressively patient and get back to work.

Been a long time since I had a designated arm day, but makes sense trying to put some
Size on these long arms.

Medium day of food today. Egg whites. Cream of rice. Chicken. Bagels. Rice. Rice Chex. Protein shakes.
