The Mountain Man has Passed

Hey guys, the majority of you probably know or have seen Mountain Man before on here and many many other boards. I don’t know all of the details but he passed away from a heart attack. I’m not sure if it was lifestyle related or not but knowing him, it’s a definite possibility. My condolences and prayers go out to his family.

Be safe ladies and gentlemen. I know of another guy on another board that didn’t heed the advice of others and he had a stroke with micardial fibrillation recently. The dangers are real. Please be safe and let me know if you have any questions or need advice or knowledge. If there is anything going on that you may be overly concerned with, seek the advice of your doctor.

He really was a nice guy man. I talked to him a few times and all over the boards people are making posts about how nice he was.

This really sucks. Hope his family is doing ok. He really was a good guy and always helping people.

Ive been trying to get his wife to contact me and I was going to make a donation to the services to help his family.
I never heard from his wife though.
I do also wish his family the best.

I do know he had some other personal deamons he was fighting with over the years in regard to substance abuse but I’m sure his extreme use played a part. Either way it’s a sad situation for his wife and family.

I had read this on another forum. I personally have talked to the man many times. He was one of the most honest and genuine people I have ever known. The man was a true asset to the bodybuilding world. He was a wealth of knowledge. He will be surely missed. Prayers go out to the man and his family.
