I literately just ate supper. A chicken quesadilla pie like dish from local mom n pops venue. All take out.

It serves 4ish…you could eat the whole thing. I could too ten years ago. Prior to ozempic I could eat half easy. Just now I ate equivalent to maybe 3 heaping tablespoons (about 1/4 or less) and I’m stuffed uncomfortably.

You could eat a whole dish of that stuff too. I bet most on here could.

The good thing about those self injection pens is they are highly adjustable. The barrel rotates with detente clicks so you can cut a dose down if needed. Wifey went online and theres mgs per click between the markers.

A caveat… drinking a big sip of a diet soda will prevent me from eating for a couple of hours. I have to choose wisely.

I’ve just eaten more in one day than I’ve have in 6 months. I’m extremely stuffed. Tell your girl that she very well could feel less than good for a week or two but it will subside.

Also it does “wear off” as you go through the week. I dose on Sunday and by late Thursday/Friday I can eat a bit more and not be miserable. Sometimes better than others.

My wife tried it for about 3 weeks and it made her sick every shot. She would be sick and hurting up until it was time for her next shot. So she just stopped getting the shot.

I believe the first time or two they gave her 1 of it. Then dropped it to .2 and it was still making her sick. She even got feverish. When you try it I would start low definitely

Darn… it took me a long time to get to 1mg.

Just looked. It took 8 months to go from .25 to 1mg.

Her very first one was 1. I actually looked back through your log explaining a lot of it to her. They never even told her anything about it. She didn’t even know what it was called. She now understands what it’s like to get glycemic. I had to explain to her what she was feeling.

It’s one of those wellness/dieting places. She’s never in there long enough for them to even explain anything.
