Not sure what it all means. Lot more green boxes than red. Hoping the Collective Brain trust here can help shed some light, and make suggestions, in which I can shed the extra stores of unneeded, unhealthy fat. I’ve been off growth pretty much all year.
My weight is fluttering between 250-254
I am started hgh again. it’ll be 3 ius 5 days a week.
I am on roughly 250 ius of 250 Test Cyp, 50 mg of anastrozole. 25 mg of wegovy and increasing to 50 next week. Hopefully that will squelch my appetite some. I haven’t been to the gym in 3 months. I am working on my sedentary work style, which means O need to get up more often than to piss.
So yeah I’m calling myself out. Curious what y’all think
