Felt great when I finished then about an hour later felt like I never ate. Stomach was growling and all.
Really hate when that happens
This happens to me every damn meal. Like I eat till I’m full and feel like I’m gonna throw up. Then 1.5 hr later I’m freaking starving and feel empty. Bahaha
I upped my meal frequency to 6 times a day, to spread out my protein as too much in one sitting I get digestion issues. Now god forbid I go 2 hours without food I turn into a hangry irritable mess haha
I just eat when I feel the least bit hungry. I’d say I have something in my cake hole every 30 to 45 minutes from time I wake up until lunch. Then after that I probably eat four more times. Then I wake up around 1 every night and read UGM and have a snack. Never a lot. Just like some nuts or egg whites or banana or cliff bar or shake, meat. My meals are much smaller also but this takes care of my hunger issues. And still stay within caloric goals.
I always have that reaction when I eat a steak and crab and broccoli, which is a typical dinner for me. About an hour later, I’m starving for carbs. But I would have thought the baked potato would have nixed that craving.
