So working another 34 hour shift, I’m in my 26tj hour. Pretty shitty night, small fore at 2:15 am then a dead lady at 7am. Back in the dungeon of 3 company to put in work
Training back this morning then I’ll do some cardio later in the day.

7x6-10 low cable row
3x6-10 DB row
3x6-10 rack pull
3x6-10 close drop pull down
 
I was hitting shoulders this morning with just arm raises weighted forward and out 30 min cardio still needed I believe im going to hit my chest for real just take it as I go during chest
