To juice or not to juice

I would just go about as normal. You’re gonna get great pumps from that pwo and that’s the last thing you want on a workout like that. Back pumps will ruin your run. Bicep pump will ruin your pull up etc. the comp isn’t for any money or anything I’d go about as normal, and keep making progress for the long term.
 
If you want a longer edge, ephedrine tabs and caffeine. Or albuterol tabs and caffeine. The inhaler is immediate on like murph said is out of your system really quick.

That’s .Mike Murphy Been doing it for years. If you’ve never done it, I would recommend against using a plate carrier. I usually finish RX in 35-38 min w/ plate carrier

Wow that’s that’s amazing. I’m slowly RXing the workouts. I was undecided on the plate carrier. I have one that is 12lbs. You’re right though I should probably just do the workout without the vest my first go around.

I’ve done CF for nearly 10 years and own my own box. I’d advise just doit with BW this year and practice throughout the year with vest for next year.
 
Now I completely understand so we should definitely say his entire name and not shorten it to murph.
