It’s been hard cross referencing the what to take or not take with what, and when to take, with or with out a meal with fat, the proper dosages and of course trying to make it easy and repeatable.

Any feedback is welcome as it’s still a work in progress.

These help ALOT, I use two of them. One for work (Late AM/Noon) and one for home (AM/PM).

Mine besides beetes meds

Telmisartan daily

Glutathione 2@week

EmergenC dailyish

Revly digestive enzymes 2@day

Coq10 omega 3 3-4 grams @day

Bruh the t bol is making super athletic and I’m already really athletic. I’m climbing people like a monkey hahaha

Nah I have windy but my joints take enough of a beating on, good on that compound. If I was only lifting I would use it, maybe lol.

Used it for 5 days and felt both my shoulders wanting to come out

@NeuroRN has posted several very articles on glutathione. Punch it in to the search above and it’ll take you to them.

I’m most interested in the longevity side of things as it relates to studies that shows low glutathione is linked to diminishing cognitive function and the Covid nasties.
