40 mg ED for the better part of a year had me suicidal as a teenager. My lips peeled off at least once a day, and I sweated literally pools of sweat. I fucked a girl at the time (climbed in her bedroom window after a Bowie concert) and it totally turned her off how much of a pool of sweat developed on my back while we were at it. But it cleared up horrific cystic acne in a matter of days.

After trying many prior options as a teen in high school, was put on accurate. That stuff is very strong as others mentioned. I felt like I had lizard skin on my face for a month or 2, but then bam everything cleared up and never really returned. Don’t have any experience using it during TRT or a cycle, so don’t know how the interactions may have. Probably as you mentioned stay away from orals that target the liver to metabolize to be safe, unless of course your TRT doc says otherwise.

I was on Accutane when I was 15. Bloods once a month, dry lips and skin, never grew an inch taller since, and went from what is considered normal amounts of sleep to 4-5 even 10 years later. It does kill acne though and I believe it does permanently. I had severe acne then and my acne even on testosterone has never came close to being how it was. Has a permanent effect of getting rid of acne, at least it has for me.

Dude I’m dealing with the same shit on TRT dose of 150 right now!!! Everytime I take my adex it gets worse but I got my bloods and my estrogen came in at 29. I never get this shit not even in cycle with my test over 600-700.

Man SAME. At 200, I deal with loads of sides but never when I go to 500-600. Very strange and I don’t understand why.

Happily reporting that even only at 20mg per day, I am seeing my pores shrink and my acne going away. The last few pimples on my forehead are the last of it and nothing new has been popping up.

This shit is a miracle pill.

I’m only 2 weeks in but going to run it for a full 8 months.

New here as I have the same issue. Usually when I go up on my dose during cycle it get out of control. What sides does the Acutane produce? How long do you guys suggest taking it?
