Alright guys I thought I’d provide an update on my TRT journey. It’s been 9 months and after a couple sets of blood work and tinkering I’ve found what makes me feel the best while reaching the numbers I was searching for from an anti-aging/life extension perspective. I’ve been donating blood every 2 months, and I’m currently injecting 100mg of cyp on Mondays and Thursdays for a total of 200mg per week. After reading a post on this site I’m going to add some DIM daily to my protocol to free up some test and I’ll make changes if necessary following my next blood panel. I’ve attached the pertinent blood markers. I started supplementing a higher dose of flush niacin in the last few months and my cholesterol actually went down from pre TRT which is a good sign so no issues there. I’ll attach an updated picture as well. Thanks for all the ideas and support. I’m 43 years old, 5’7 and 160 lbs. No idea of BF% but it’s fairly low as the picture will show. If anything sticks out feel free to let me know.
