Trying to count calories correctly

That was our prewo back in the day…a yoohoo and 2 snickers! Then came fast orange (i think)
 
Nah but I’m going to treat myself with a pack of tarts this weekend
 
I used to love that crap. I had just started competing at the time and ephedrine was legal
 
Do you have to, no. It’s just way easier and predictable to measure. That way you can have consistency and be able to make adjustments as needed. Just my personal preference and I like the accurate tracking for performance reasons. Adding a certain amount of carbs pre/post workout. How I respond to x amount of food. Etc
 
Guys, thanks for all the input. I had to go to bed last night. You guys are the best.

I slept with visions of tarts, snickers bars and grapes dancing in my head.

I thought so too, until I was stuck with 40lbs of pop-tarts tempting me all week. But it did turn out pretty good. I dont really like gingerbread anyway.
