Well here goes my 1 out of 100. Glad to be here guys. Been out of the gear game for some time. Was in it when steroid encyclopedia was the premier site. That was a long time ago. But I’m back and looking forward to getting back on the saddle

I made this your introduction. Things have changed alot especially here were extremely different than other forums were not a src board or market place. Those forums are dead I had to edit a bit out of your original post that isn’t allowed to be discussed here thanks for your understanding.

I’m 5ft 9in and around 205lbs. Slacked off from the gym for the last couple of years but been going steady now for a couple of months. Really focusing on getting my wheels more muscular. I have big legs but I want them more defined like my upper body. Looking to stay between 205 and 210 by cutting fat and increasing muscle. I don’t want to add more mass since I am 40. I don’t think I can carry 235 like I did when I was 30 and I don’t want to be slamming 4,500 calories a day either. I am no novice to gear but it’s been awhile so I’m going to start slow, eat right, and keep my numbers in check with regular blood test.
 
I like your goals brother I believe that 205-210 peeled should be a great look for you I myself am cutting. Slow and steady wins this race.

We like blood work also were big on Harm Reduction so really glad that you do blood work.
