My left arm is more defined then my right arm. The shoulder is more cut, bigger bicep and tricep. Going to post some photos, it might be hard to tell but I notice it. I heard it’s common but just wanna ask my brothers on here if you guys have experienced the same thing. My right arm is naturally stronger so maybe my left arm grew more to pick up some slack.
Should I add in extra work on my right arm or just continue doing what I’m doing and maybe it will even itself out eventually?

Just keep working out the same. Once you overload both they will respond and such. I assume you are right handed? Also change up your routine. Keep the muscles guessing.

Honestly, don’t focus on the little things or imbalances so early on. You have a lot of growing to do before it could even possibly be noticeable. Focus on growth overall.

You should spend about 2 years on diet and your workout routine. Before even getting on any AAS. You have a ways to go naturally before you need a boost with AAS. The muscle you gain in that 2 years you will keep for a lifetime. If you jump on AAS you’ll swole up. Then lose your AAS GAINS Within 8 weeks. That’s my opinion.

I’ve been working out for over 5 years. Worked out at 17-21 then stopped for a few years then got back into it at 25. I never got anywhere because my testosterone was always in the 200s. Doubt you can get any bigger when you have the testosterone of a 80 year old at such a young age lol. But I’m here and I’m enjoying the process. 🙂

Just like a female can be in the gym for 5 years with a solid routine and diet and still barely gain any muscle. As far as I’m concerned aas will give people a fair shot at muscle growth. You take a kid with 1000 testosterone and good genetics verse a kid with shit genetics and 200 T put them on the same routine and diet that guy will grow and you will not.

Well then the first thing I would do before AAS is get your levels right first. Go see a endocrinologist. Do a full blood panel. Get adjusted to a normal levels T and E then see where that takes you. You can spend a ton on UGL AAS and get nothing but water weight and attitude. What works for me may not work for you. My point is spend 3 years on TRT under a Doctor first. But you can do what ever you like. Like I said it’s an opinion.

I notice a difference Do you hold your phone in your right hand while jerking off wwith your left hand? This is a serious question. If you don’t learn to do bothe intermittently then this condition will never change. It happened to me!!!

Oh. That’s kind of like real humping. Good ab workout and triceps if your in a plank position. Not much for biceps though. I think that’s the problem. Try standing upright and curling your bed as your humping it. This will see significant gains within two to three weeks.

😂 I’ll take your advice on this one. Seems like you have real knowledge and experience on the issue at hand. Since doing this have your arms been equivalent? I think I’d have to get a twin bed for that as I’m pretty week. Right now I have a king bed. Maybe I can lean it against the wall and lift it up about half an inch and hump it. For sure be a good bicep killer right there.

Hahahaha yes. Just lift the bed half way and slowly lift up then pause and flex for half second then slowly back. Now this is for a twin bed bro. Only pros use king size.

Oh okay yah I gotta work my way up. I’m willing to take donations for my new mattress and frame if you don’t mind ;D. Idk… or I can just get the old toddler bet out of storage. It’s even smaller then a twin lol

Yes I do and I use my non dominant arm first that way I don’t do 10 reps with my right then 6 with my left 😂

Hahahahaha. Honestly I had the same problem. Still do a little. You have to focus an flex the muscle at the end of every contraction to get it in sync I think @Outlawthing told me about that. But I have a horrible memory so may have been someone else

So you got a hole in your mattress full of jelly hell yeah !! Could be you don’t squeeze that arm as tight when you lift but all in all if your test levels are in gutter you can’t really gain ground either way and if someone doesn’t believe that I call BS went through same deal got really out of shape couldn’t figure out why thought i was just lazy tried like hell for like a year playing basketball for cardio full court eating right plus training with more cardio and nada found out my test was low got it fixed and took off like a damn rocket ship
