Uneven muscles?! Arms

Yeah man. What I’ve been saying. Have over 4 years lifting experience but it was all for free, lifting with 250/300 test ranges the entire time. Never got anywhere but skinny/lean. That’s why I’m here broski. Wanna see something for all my hard work. Mattress full of jelly. Slowly turning it into a water bed lol. I think people who don’t believe it could be ones that were just genetically gifted with high T/meso/endomorphs throughout adolescence and got solid gains and are quick to say someone didn’t get gains like them because their diet/workout regime weren’t up to par when in reality it was just genetics. I feel like genetics is played down quite a bit. There ar people who are naturally built. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Just how I’ve seen close friends with a garbage diet and trash routine build 10 pounds of muscle a year without gear 🙃

I know the feeling boss watch guys come in the gym blow up in 6 weeks or cut down with abs eating cheese burgers ( John) haha. But you can’t let them get you and what works for them won’t work for you you got to figure you out I can gain weight easy but it comes with a price fat. I can be over 300 but it don’t like it I can see veins and some abs where I’m at but even running a lot I can’t shred fat like some I just get smaller and my diet is the same almost always I wonder about hgh and bulk AAS with you there are other means but there is a danger there that isn’t always worth the risk have you tried 6mo of hgh ? It does work but you have to be patient
 
Aye I feel that one for sure!! Homies be eating 5,000 calories out to eat and shit and still got 6-8 packs lmao. Yeah exactly man it really put you in a pickle. I notice if I eat 1500 cals a day in a deficit then cheat one day in the weekend it wipes out all the loss for the entire week and then if I only eat 1500 can’t even build so it’s for sure a trade off of fuckery. Wanna get big for muscle then pack on bf% at the same time 😂 f it though it is what it is. Hmm yeah. I haven’t tried any of that stuff yet. I’ll figure something out for next year. Right now just trying to keep sides under control and see where my proper dosages land and what not. Rlly getting slapped trying to keep these estro levels down.
 
Don’t get discouraged it’s a learning curve for everyone just got to figure out your body and what works for you your young you got time have fun if you put in the work you will get there
 
While i can’t relate to the hard gainer aspect, I definitely can relate to the struggle to stay lean. I used to wrestle, and in wrestling strength to weight ratio is a big deal, so you obviously want to to try to be pretty lean at whatever size you are. Ill tell you, trying to be lean naturally at 190, 5’11" is hard as fuck, whether you have low T or not. Honestly was my least favorite part of wrestling.
 
190 511 and to stay lean? Hell yeah bro I’m 5”10 and I was 160 now I’m pushing 185 while on cycle but I tell you what. When I was 160 I was Atleast 20% BF fat as hell lol. I’d have to get down to 13-140 to be “lean” around 6-10%
