Ways to get extra calories

I’m a littlenover halfway through my cycle, and Ive managed to put on a good 13 pounds, but ive kind of hit a barrier at 210. No matter what I try, I can’t seem to put on any more weight, fat or muscle.

Im already eating to the point where I feel like im going to vomit, but I still cant seem to make any progress.

Any advice?
 
And that’s where I stopped eatin to much, if I feel sick and am miserable, it ain’t worth it unless your doin a show. I’m sure it wouldn’t kill you to up a dosage or two, that’s my two cents, this should be fun, not miserable.
 
I hadn’t thought of changing my routine as a way to put on some more weight aside from cutting back on my cardio, but i feel like my macros are pretty solid. At this point I’m eating like 4000 calories a day and a good 35-40% is protein (depending on how good i am that day) with around 45% carbs and the rest fats.

And its not that I can’t put on any more muscle, I’m just not gaining any more weight at all. Ive thought about hopoing back on some sort of ghrelin mimetic like mk677 just for the appetite effects, but I don’t want to add more compounds if I don’t have to.
 
Im not planning on doing a show, but I am looking to start competing in powerlifting (or strongman if I can manage to find a gym near me with the right equipment) and while I know there are weight classes, I want to be as big as I can realistically get before I start competing.
 
I would do tht e opposite try and get as strong as possible at lowest weight I feel good. I think it’s why I keep cutting weight when I get to certain fatness. Also I do want to look good. Now if your not just trying to compete as way to push self and not win then go as big as you can. I personally know I’m never going to win a major meet but want to compete just to be able to have something to strive for otherwise I May lose focus and well boom I got syringes going in my ass that aren’t Im and not aas hahaha. I’ve already told myself if shoulder doesn’t heal it’s time to switch to bodybuilding do a show cause daddy needs goals

I would also suggest cutting back on the cardio and adding more fats and carbs. I agree w/ @Bigmurph. If your not counting calories you may be surprised on how much you may be eating.
 
Not just calories. He needs to count his actual macros. Most people strongly overestimate how much protein they are getting, and strongly underestimate how much carbs and fats.

There’s plenty of apps out there to help you track. Use one for a week and I bet you move past your sticking point.
 
I said like cause I don’t eat the same things every day, but I get your point, I could be better about getting exact numbers instead of ballpark figures and more regularity in my diet would definitely help keep those numbers accurate.
 
I used to use the under armor one back when i wrestled in college, but it doesn’t tell you the macros you’re getting so its less than optimal. Do you have a tracker you use?
 
I personally use the RP diet app. I’ve used carb counter app. I prefer the ones you can scan your food in. @TBU has one he’s recommended.
