Need some advice. I am 5’9” 230 lbs. I got up to 290 lbs. once but wasn’t using gear. I do not compete and my goal has always been to get swole and massive within reason (ideal BP, liver enzymes, lipids etc..). I’ve participated in many cycles throughout the last 30 years. However, every time I gear up, I just get shredded with incredible strength gains. I’ve used just about everything out there. Even Drol just completely gets me ripped up with major lipolysis. I am in no way complaining at all. I am consuming 250 g of protein daily (I gag anymore than that). I try to eat as much as possible and like I said I can gain a lot of weight off cycle. I’ve used all the best mass building cycles but usually stay at current weight but ripped up, with massive strength gains. No bloating at all. Usually don’t employ AI bc I don’t get any of the Estrogen sides. Only side I get, which is the absolute worst is limp dick for a few months until PCT starts working. Deca ruined me for over a year. Don’t use Nors anymore.

Any advice is appreciated.

What do you weigh when you’re on gear and shredded?
 
If you’re not gaining size…. You’re not eating enough. Simple as that.
That’s what I figured. It can just be miserable eating so much and getting the minimal protein intake (~1.5g/lb). EQ helps a lot with the appetite increase. I will just have to find a way to eat more meals each day.

If you’re at 250g of protein, increase your carbs. When growing I’ve been up to 900-1000g of carbs a day.

We use carbs because they are protein sparing. Trying to gain size just by increasing protein will blow your gut out. Figure out what you digest easy, and eat a lot of it. Protein shakes for two meals a day. If your stomach can handle liquid egg whites they makes it a lot easier.

But then. Carbs. Lots of fucking carbs.
 
I stay around 230 lb. constantly on gear. Off gear (just TRT 160 ng/dL) I fluctuate b/t 225-240, but I can gain more if desired.
That’s not terrible. We’re about the same size (5,9”) kinda. I have a feeling you’re “bigger boned” than I am. I was 5’10” forever than only after chiropractor visits, now 5-9 for life. Probably shrink a bit more. I could walk around at 220 eating casually and light gear. I could get to 230 pretty easy…very uncomfortable at 240. With my current age/medical conditions… I went to 200 then 190… now at 180.

I agree with @Neuro If your labs hold up, stuff it in ya on your heavy cycles.
 
Although I get it. I ate till I was miserable getting to 240. Didn’t like it at all. I was strong as heck but not a natural weight for me and I was tired of eating.
 
Rice Chex cereal with protein shake for milk.
Honey.
Jam.
Ratio protein Greek yogurt (25g of protein)
Add 2 pieces of sourdough with jam to your meals or a couple rice cakes.

GHRP 6 will have you wanting to eat your arm. So will MENT.

Protein peanut butter is a good calorie bump. I forgot the brand I would use there. Not alot at one time but thru the day.

If you don't mind dirty bulking then bean and cheese tacos, domino's 3 pizza deals, and whoppers were some staples for me.

That’s how I got to 240… 2 strombolis and a couple of slices or 3 big macs WITH fries. I could put away a whole large supreme ny style pizza. No wonder I was sick of eating.

Yeah but that’s way more enjoyable than 2lbs or ground turkey, rice, veggies, and egg whites a day 😂😂

Man miss Strombolis. And those 3 deals were good back in the day. Big macs i wasnt too much a fan off but loved when mcD and king had their price wars lol. Or when stores had the rotisserie chickens on sale and buy two at a time and pack of tortillas. There was an all you can eat Mexican restaurant that had a platter of all different foods for about $10. Thankful for tren lol.
