Hahahahs this is so true I’ve seen it so many times. People think because their cycle is over that they will lose all their size. This just isn’t the case. What happens is people quit training hard because they aren’t on a cycle and think they can’t or are going to lose size anyways so just have the mindset to not train as hard.

Fact is is if you train just as hard or not even harder you won’t lose much at all. You may even surprise yourself. Also train hard and really really push yourself and your body. You won’t regret it I promise.

You can keep 85% easily just keep doing exactly what you ere doing and just the water will come off no muscle mass right.
As soon as you stop testosterone injections you start clomiphene/nolvadex which immediately ups your testosterone levels there shouldn’t be any large loss at all.
Its like you said though lack of training and diet is where you lose anything

I know that it’s my own habits that cause a little loss. I go so hard for months on end and stay as strict as possible then when my cycle ends and I’m back on TRT, I take calories down to maintenance because I’m so sick of eating all that food and I deload my workouts to basically maintenance as well. I lose a little muscle hardness and I lose about 4 to 5lbs of water weight but I don’t necessarily lose size. I don’t really train for size either though.
 
I for sure struggle with staying motivated after stopping, recently finished my first legit pct and skipped the gym for almost a month.
 
Thats funny. I actually found i started looking better 3 weeks after and into the 4th week i had better definition. . I dont step on the scale either. Great post brother
