What do you consider high reps as in building muscle and what umber does it change? I feel 10 to 12 reps is high reps…but after I work out the muscle I go dor 15 to 20 reps and then if feels so much better as if the 15 to 20 rep might be a muscle builder…
I stick to low weight 20 rep range and to max so if at 20-22 start feeling it burn go 2-3 more reps to failure so 20-25 reps for me . Unless I’m doing like 225 or more then it’s around 10-12 or less
The warm up should always be in a High range 20 to 25…with The first set should also begin high volume
The pyramid backwards adding additional weight if your a beast yiubdonall sets all weights all 20…get those gains
I just start with plate and and it another doig about 2-3 reps till I’m set before working then take break I don’t have time for propped warm up but it works abs should help
