All I know how to do is train like a meathead!!! All these years…need to tighten up cycle carbs, fasted cardio right out of bed. I just can’t do anything else. Trying to lower supplements but like a couple cc`s a week. I’m feeling it but…im like a robot and I know a lot it’s been very hard. Why do I have to slow down? Can’t be doing triple 7s per week anymore. 750 test, 700 nor-19, 700 dht or half and half oral and that was basic, maybe more offseason less but more concentrated pre contest.
