What music do you train to?

I mean I don’t want to see knees explode but anything that can be recovered from let’s go. Watched a short on elite fts yesterday that May have been much for me
 
Blood for Blood, Body Count, Agnostic Front, Warzone, Madball, ect ect. I love nothing more than straight up New York Hardcore for working out. Maybe a little DMX and Big Pun sprinkled in the mix. But when I’m in the car or at home it’s usually Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, and David Allen Coe.
 
That’s awesome. I listen to a lot of old NYHC madball, the cromags, sick of it all, Reagan youth.
Grew up on Agnostic front.
 
Yeah I grew up in CBGB’s. I lived and breathed and bled hardcore throughout my adolescence. Still love it.
 
The staple usuals for me are Pantera, Lamb of God, Cataract, Slip Knot. Give Texas Hippie Coalition a try. They are a southern rock type that is pretty hard and a good change up from hard core metal.
 
I still hit that funky, NAS, Dre, my whigger M and EM. Snoop, Wu tang, biggie, Paaac, that genre
Then lately I’ve been replaying all my dead and just made it…mad season(mcready got"strrsight" Jones and Staley not so much. Alice, pearl jam in Toronto, mother love bone. Usually it’s slayer, testament, stryper(lol), any sorry Taylor band, any Maynard(hes a dick) band. So guess I’m stuck at 22 yo…trying to get that physique back😠. Actually, I just am gonna start up 2 ca a week with my best friend also a professor at a college in exercise science and has good knowledge but still is a bber! Won the 2nd or 3rd wheelchair nationals. I don’t know how to throw in training at 50. Fuck, I wanna do blog on how I’ve tried to do high intensity cardio just below anaerobic and functional stuff. All I know how to do is train like a meathead!!! All these years…need to tighten up cycle carbs, fasted cardio right out of bed. I just can’t do anything else. Trying to lower supplements but like a couple cc`s a week. I’m feeling it but…im like a robot and I know a lot it’s been very hard. Why do I have to slow down? Can’t be doing triple 7s per week anymore. 750 test, 700 nor-19, 700 dht or half and half oral and that was basic, maybe more offseason less but more concentrated pre contest. Like my buddy said dude, " you have had a pre contest in a decade"

I’m sick again after a week of being healthy. This time I’m doing higher dose ivermectin. Joe Rogan style.
Techno is the mood today. This is a good mix for a fast paced workout: I’m hoping I can get back in the gym by Monday.

 
Heck yeah! I love the vibe! Takes me back to ecstasy and sex with my 19 year old girlfriend when I was 32.
 
See I don’t really miss cocaine 8 weeks clean but not being able to do x sucks. But I know the depression it causes isn’t worth the hours of great feeling it causes
 
I hear ya! I gave up drugs a long time ago. I was a crystal addict for years and opiates for years. Drugs always end badly. Just keep training hard and stay on the clean path. That’s real good you’re 8 weeks clean! I’m proud of you, Brotha! 👍
 
Haven’t posted music lately. But I love this Tool song. It’s just crazy… drums. Bass. Guitar are so unique. The guitar work is amazing.
