Probably a good idea. You’ll end up like me… bouncing back and forth between stage 3A and 3B CKD.

Lots and lots of h2o plus a jug of diet cran cherry/grape/pineapple/ whatever juice a week.
My liver strong kidneys kind of bitches. Unfortunately I stil like mdma and that is where it does its damage. I did pretty good turning down for a few weeks but then I got a great deal and maybe went too hard. At 39 I still make mistakes that I know are mistakes. Bout the only positive of work schedule is it doesn’t allow me to do that often.
 
On lifting not press day bench felt good at 375 for 5 better than 395 for 5 on squat. This may seem weird but I’ve notice if I lift my head on jms I feel I’m able to keep elbows tighter and do movement more on triceps. Will film next week to see if it’s actually working r I my head. Don’t know why u even started but it felt natural

I do this as well . Fell more in control. I do force my head to lay down naturally at times because of paranoia and to just let my neck catch a break.... And yes it feels very natural to me as well. Son of a bitch just raises up.... Feel stronger in that position as well
 
495x5x3 on dead’s I strapped up becuase I smashed finger at work these went smoother than 455 last week so we will try 545 next week fuck it. Did some other back movements now it’s time to eat some chicken and wait to see if this chick wants to meet up
 
My last cola binge was at 49yo and I thought that was the big one. I honestly was just before calling 911… been up for a few days and had plenty left. I thought my heart was going to explode. That was quits for me.
Woo ten more years haha. Yeah the last time I quit I knew it was for good as I wasn’t broke and decided I was done.

Y lifestyle. I’ve made Monday a day that is much easier to get through if I’m still not recovered from weekend activities.
 
Well I did back yesterday and then went to bar for new coworkers bday. What was supposed to be 3 beers max home by 8 was left bar at 11:30 and feeling abit rough today at work.goig to try and do squats after work but man that might be it for the day as I have to come back in at 4 am. Easily the most I drank in a good 4 months. Not sure Tuesday with work the next day was the proper day to get drunk but I guess I do still have it in me
