That post unless by accident. But I do love play on words.

At 49 I'm done with this days I hope. Can't say never again but hopefully no more binges or smoking it. Been pretty strong for about a year now.My last cola binge was at 49yo and I thought that was the big one. I honestly was just before calling 911… been up for a few days and had plenty left. I thought my heart was going to explode. That was quits for me.
I’m pretty certain I’m done…I have zero aw craps left in my life.At 49 I'm done with this days I hope. Can't say never again but hopefully no more binges or smoking it. Been pretty strong for about a year now.
Me: We can't smoke all that. We'll die.
Me an hour later: There's only a couple hits left. Better make some more.
Never enough, always too much.
Yeah 3 years here I probably still do too many stimulants and by probably I do. But as each year passes I do less and less so as long as I head in right direction. I’m. Not too worried. Also I’m fine with dying so if heart gives out that’s ok.At 49 I'm done with this days I hope. Can't say never again but hopefully no more binges or smoking it. Can't live without my coffee. Still might eat a mushroom or 2 and that alcohol is probably what is gonna kill me. Gonna start back on Naltrexone and see if I can cut the drinking out.I’m pretty certain I’m done…I have zero aw craps left in my life.
Coffee and these blasted nicotine lozenges are it for me.
Quitting alcohol was one of the best choices I ever made. Can't live without my coffee. Still might eat a mushroom or 2 and that alcohol is probably what is gonna kill me. Gonna start back on Naltrexone and see if I can cut the drinking out.
Its the best choice I'm struggling with. I quit for a little bit and have cut back significantly. I have liver disease and had early stage renal disease but currently AST/ALT are both in the green zone. In the 400's 3 years ago. Just below 100 end of last year. It's a quick slide from a beer after work to a bottle + a day.Quitting alcohol was one of the best choices I ever made.
Cutting out after next week for at least a monthQuitting alcohol was one of the best choices I ever made.
