Probably a good idea. You’ll end up like me… bouncing back and forth between stage 3A and 3B CKD.

Lots and lots of h2o plus a jug of diet cran cherry/grape/pineapple/ whatever juice a week.
On this topic, my good friend has recently bounced from 3b to stage 2. The only change made has been adding Retatrutide. Can’t confirm it’s the reason it helped but I’m hoping to see some studies on this soon.
 
I was going to add sd this week but I just don’t think it’s necessary and the stress on my organs probably wouldn’t be the best right now. I’ll put it off till I feel I’m close to where I should be and get the extra boost then
 
Much better workout than expected went up on all exercises and back feels good maybe all I needed the whole time was a couple muscle relaxers to calm it down long enough to be good.
 
Missed meal at work so decided to eat then go to gym later and well I fell the fuck asleep. It’s alright I probably shouldn’t be doig squats again just yet so close to back fucking up. Then todah get out to flat and another flat tire. I guess they have valve stem issues. So I had to get taken to work and my dad probably did a lot that was hard on him to get tire pumped to take and get it fixed for me. Im thankful he is around to help as mentally small shit like this just makes me question if I even feel like doing day to day life

415 for sets of 5 not bad will try and bump up to 435 Wednesday I’ve add belt just so i can be better at set up and back not be loose I can’t think of the word right now
 
So since upping to 200 t4 I don’t feel I’ve had a fully solid shit. Also I saw people talking clen the other day and I want to chest to lose some fat agains
 
Btw I’ve decided with my outside of the quads being the part that slightly tears I’m goig to get back to close legged leg press and really focus on building those back up. I’m thinking three sets of normal lower weight then 2 more sets with the feet about 6-inches apart and try to turn the foot facing inward pigeon toed like
