Nah, not really. Just to keep a good build in my oldening age lol. I use to compete but I’m past that now. Just eat, sleep, workout, go to work, see my wife and kid.
@John 3 sets of 8, usually 2 to 3 different workouts for each muscle group worked that day. I really only workout 3 to 4 days a week right now. I do construction so it’s a workout all day long usually. I’m an independent contractor.
Being a laborer is tough,but it builds strength and endurance,I’m dreading my next roof job, but it’s a good workout most days, helps me sleep at night.
