What’s a good cutting cycle? No Tren please

I’m going on a Test cycle and have PCT ready. After I gain some mass I want to get really lean. Please share some knowledge or experience with orals or injectable a for cutting? May I gotta cutting on lower doses of test and good diet?

I know about Tren but that’s to hardcore for me. Clen? Anavar?

I want to keep as much as the gains as possible but look lean and good

Clen and t-3 should be off the table if you are inexperienced it isn’t magic and can wreck your metabolism you want to get lean diet diet diet boss weigh your meals keep Track of everything you put in your mouth make sure there is no calorie or carb creep then do cardio until you hate it then do some more there isn’t a steroid that will do it for you I have seen more gains from making sure my diet was right and cardio than any cycle how many cycles Have you done before ? Post I few days of real meal prep and workout and let some guys help with that and you will see more results than from a cutting cycle then we work on the cycle part I’m not saying don’t do it just don’t waste it and have unrealistic ideas on what it will do
 
Thanks bro usually when I want to lose weight I’ll do one meal a day or low carbs and do low intensity cardio in the morning on a faster stomach.

I have also lost weight with higher carbs and low fat but I feel I have to work harder this way but it does give me good energy compared to low carbs
 
Have you tried to eat 6-8 small meals per day instead of 1 ? Even go as far as 10-12 very small meals to get your metabolism ramped up without breaking you daily calorie intake then adjust your protein fat and carbs everyone is different what works for me may not work for you if I ate just once per day I couldn’t loose body fat if I wanted to I have to be consistently eating throughout the day I’m an easy gainer hard loser i meal prep on Sunday and carry a backpack cooler with my food everyday every where I go it sucks sometimes but I get results this way
 
I’ll try the small meals because I’m a easy gainer but lard loser as well and IM sometimes I binned eat because of it.

Never had a trainer but I researched a lot about nutrition but a trainer would help with technique and lifts

That saying you are what you eat is very true if you eat doughnuts you look like doughnuts except those guys with tapeworms who can eat whatever they want and still have a six pack do we have a supplier for tapeworms ? Never tried that stack

I read about this guy back in the day who was obese. He fast for like 1 year and just lived off his fat and looked healthy after. Crazy
