I make this with egg whites. You can use whole eggs but whites are the best.
I use a small cast iron skillet that I butter. One flour tortillas, 6 egg whites, salsa1/4 cup, feta cheese to taste. 400 degrees 12 min. REMEMBER to put skillet in the oven to heat up. Throw on some Cholula. It’s a great breakfast with about 35 grams of protein.
