When should I start and what?

But for real. Speaking from experience. The quickest way to get unmatched to a nurse- ask them to do their job as part of your date/hookup.

Don’t bring that up until later. “Help me I’m sick I need nurse” that gets ya exed out real quick.
 
Not sure if this thread will pop or not,

I was considering another concern of mine.

I like low rep ranges for my big lifts, and medium ranges for all my accessories, I’m just concerned with increased strength, come increased injury risk. Am I better to work higher reps, My brAin says it would be better. It would suck to ruin my first time with injury.
 
I’ve you want strength 6 reps and below for hypertrophy 6-12 is my general range on compound movements
