I’m me no introduction needed , and I’m abrasive. However wanted to post some workout things I do and get some input .

Workout 1
Chest
Incline 6x6 increasing weight heavy on all sets each exercise
Flat 6x6
Decline 6x6
Incline dumbell 4x10
Flat and incline flys 4xq10

Ticeps after chest
Skull crushers 4x10
Extensions 4x10
Rope ext 4x10

Next day
Back and bis

Pull downs wide 6x6
Pull downs hanmer 6x6
Reverse pull downs 6x6
Behind nexk 6x6
Rows 4x10
Hammer strength row 4x10
Shrugs 4 x10
Bis
Curls 4x10
1 arm curls 4 x 10
Hanmer 4x10

Next day
Legs And shoulders

Legs squat 6x6
Press 4x10
Curls 4x10
Extensions 4x10
Calf’s 4x 10

Shoulder press 4x10
Lat raises side 4x10
Rear lat raise 4 x10
Palms in press 4x10

Off
Repeat . That’s one work out I do I have another where I do high reps 20,12,10,8,6 back to 20 increasing weight the last set start weight for 20 and that’s chest day one back day 2 legs day 3 shoulders and arms day four off then repeat . I never keep it the same. My rest between sets 30 sec to 1 min . Sometimes less. Any feed back or changes would be awesome. I stay away from dead lifts bukdged t3 t5… anyway I seem to gain the most from the one body part a day , vs the 3 on 1 off . Critique anyone ? Thanks

based on those reos u are doing heavy then. thats a pretty cool. and that u always switch it up. i guess always shocking the body so it doesnt fall into a routine is a nice way to go… in every routine there are several levels of challenges that would keep the body responding. you can do that exact same set up you have there for a couple months but with different approachbto fast…slow…isolation…weight increase adding reverse grip flat and incline is pretty nice too…but will be much less weight till you develop strength in that form
 
I used to be 145 never could gain a pound. High metabolism. Etc … as metabolism slowed I started juice 55 ponds in 2 years of cycles. I don’t every come off though . I get trt … blast and cruise… just off trt my test levels are 1500+ free test t4 3.001…
 
That’s why I’m doing tren as soon as it arrives , was supposed to have some but that’s all in another thread so I jumped on the @Iron_Junkie_Labs train … I think it’s feedable to gain 20 pounds in 2 months with how I eat and train . The fact my job requires to real physical work means my body stays rested and not stressed . Even if I get 215 I’ll be thrilled. 240 is the goal. And I’m climbing the ladder .

Nah . Too many tattoos for that .I’m covered head to toe . Personal thing, my dream I guess. I’ll stay on trt for the rest of my life with and ai and hcg.
 
ooh i see. i see alot of dudes with tats all over their bod compete…a guy that was training me competed and had one peck and a arm full of tats i always thought the body had to be clean of all tats…but aparently thats not the case anymore
